    THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.VENKATA RAMANA

APPEAL SUIT No.34 of 1997

JUDGMENT:-

None appeared for the appellants. However, as seen from

the record, a letter was addressed on 25.06.2018 to the Registrar

Judicial, the then High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad

stating that the learned counsel for the appellants was instructed

by the appellants to withdraw this appeal.

In view of the above letter and finding that there is no

representation this day, this appeal is dismissed for non

prosecution. No costs. All pending petitions including those filed

to bring L.Rs on record and interim orders, if any, shall stand

closed
