5. 23.12.2021 On 19.11.2021, the legal aid counsel did not represented the petitioner/revisionist engaged through the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services .

Committee and accordingly office was directed to issue letter to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee.

Pursuant to the said order, a letter was addressed to the High Court Legal Services Committee on 02.12.2021 along with order, dated 19.11.2021. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services sent a letter bearing ROC.No.826/APHCLSC/2021, dated 21.12.2021, on record, stating that the Committee addressed a letter to the Superintendent of Jails, Central Prison, Kadapa to send the present status of Buragala Prasanna Kumar, S/o Ramachandraiah (CT No.1991), the petitioner herein, for reallotment of Legal Aid Counsel and in response the Committee was informed that the said petitioner was released from Jail on 13.03.2013 on completion of sentence under Remission Rules and having earned 615 days remission.

Today also no one represents the petitioner nor there is reallotment of the Legal Aid Counsel.

Under the circumstances, in order to provide one more opportunity to the petitioner against the judgment under challenge recording finding of guilt and conviction, issue notice to the petitioner through RPAD as also through the Court concerned to appear either personally or through Counsel to argue the matter on the next date failing which the Court will proceed to pass orders on the next date(s).
