This writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 01.09.2021

passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.6771 of 2021.

In the course of hearing, Mr. I. Mokshazna, learned counsel

representing Mr. R.V. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned standing counsel for the

appellant, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ appeal with

liberty to the appellant to file a fresh appeal, if the occasion so warrants

after the selection process is completed.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty

as prayed for. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
