The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioners/A1 to A3 in judgment dated 10.12.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.339 of 2019 on the file of learned XII Additional Sessions Judge, Pithapuram, which was imposed in judgment dated 11.09.2019 in C.C.No.533 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pithapuram, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case. The petitioners/A1 to A3 shall be enlarged on bail on execution of self bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pithapuram, East Godavari District.
