The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in judgment dated 01.12.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.6 of 2020 on the file of the Court of learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur District, which was imposed in judgment dated 19.12.2019 in C.C.No.267 of 2016 on the file the Court of learned VI Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioners/A1 and A2 surrenderring before the Court of learned VI Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur and on such surrender, the petitioners/A1 and A2 shall be released on bail on the same day on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned VI Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum- VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur.
