JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter to

withdraw this appeal as the appellant is not desirous of

proceeding with the case any further. Sri D.Kasi Rao, learned

counsel for the appellant, is present in case and reiterated the

said request.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
