Considering the findings recorded in the judgments of the trial court as well as the appellate court and submissions of learned counsel for the appellant, since the following substantial questions of law arises for determination in this 2nd appeal, ADMIT.
1. Whether the misconstruction of evidence ignoring the weight of prepondering circumstances and ignoring the Ex. B1 to B6 and acting without any evidence are substantial question of law ?
2. The first appellate Court erred in fact and law that Exs.A1 and A2 documents are neither primary evidence nor secondary evidence. They are attested copies and inadmissible under law and basing on those documents to come to a conclusion is erroneous and unacceptable.
