The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 in judgment dated 11.11.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.156 of 2015 on the file of the Court of learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rayachoty, Kadapa District which was imposed in judgment dated 17.11.2015 in S.C.No.224 of 2013 on the file of the Court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Rayachoty, Kadapa District alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioners surrenderring before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Lakkireddipalli, YSR Kadapa District and on such surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on the same day on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Lakkireddipalli, YSR Kadapa District.
