                             This petition is filed seeking suspension of
                      sentence    and          fine   imposed         against    the
                      petitioner/A1      in     judgment      dated     26.06.2013
                      passed in S.C.No.420 of 2010 on the file of learned
                      I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur,
                      pending disposal of the appeal.

                             Heard Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned
                      counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant
                      Public Prosecutor for the respondent-state.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sentenced to undergo rigorous punishment for a maximum period of ten years for the offences punishable under Sections 372, 366-A, 343 of IPC, Sections 3 to 6 and 7(1)(A) of the I.T. Act as they were to run concurrently.

Learned counsel submits that other accused in this case were enlarged on bail but the petitioner is languishing in jail since seven and half years. He submits that in view of the criminal appeals pending before the Court, this appeal is not likely to be listed for hearing in near future, as such the case of the petitioner may be considered for grant of bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that all other accused were enlarged on bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/A1 in the judgment, dated 26.06.2013 passed in S.C.No.420 of 2010 on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, alone is suspended pending the criminal appeal. The petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on execution of self bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of learned Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur.
