3. Whether the appellate Court being the final court of the findings of facts, properly adjudicated the case of the appellant?
4. Whether the decree for injunction can be granted in the absence of revenue records on the suit property?
5. Whether the Court can rely on the findings in the interlocutory applications while adjudicating the main case?
