W.A.No.441 of 2021 arising out the same common judgment and order had already been admitted on 06.08.2021. Admit the appeal.

Issue notice.

No formal steps are called for with regard to respondent No. 16 as he is duly represented. However, extra copies be furnished.

Mr. A. Rajendra Babu who appeared for the respondent Nos.1 to 15/writ petitioners submits that he is not appearing in the appeal as the brief had been taken away. Learned standing counsel for the appellant will take steps for service on respondent Nos.1 to 15/writ petitioners by registered post with acknowledgment due.

Registry will list this case in the month of November, 2021 along with W.A.No.441 of 2021.

I.A.No.1 of 2021 This application is filed seeking suspension of the order under appeal.

The writ petitioners had retired and they prayed for reinstatement into service until they attain the age of 60 years. By the order under appeal, the learned single Judge allowed the prayer made by the writ petitioners and directed the appellant to reinstate the writ petitioners into service, if they are below the age of 60 years.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we deem it appropriate to suspend the order of the learned single Judge.
