The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/accused in judgment dated 20.05.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.173 of 2018 on the file of learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act -cum- V Additional Sessions Judge, Nellore, confirming the conviction and sentence passed in judgment dated 30.04.2018 in C.C.No.403 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore, alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore.
