Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed along with this application, which is filed seeking to condone the delay of 484 days in representing the appeal, in the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner has shown sufficient cause to condone the delay in representing the appeal.
Accordingly, I.A.No.02 of 2021 is allowed condoning the delay of 484 days in representing the appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and perused the material available on record.
There shall be interim stay of operation of the decree and judgment dated 07.11.2019 in M.V.O.P.No.131 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal - cum - VI Additional District Judge, Kurnool on condition of depositing 50% of the decretal amount along with proportionate interest and costs within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
