Heard Mr. K.V. Raghuveer, learned Government Pleader for School

Education appearing for the appellants, and Mr. P. Gangaiah Naidu,

learned senior counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2/writ

petitioners.

2. This appeal is preferred against an order dated 19.12.2013 passed

by the learned single Judge dismissing Review W.P.M.P.No.14079 of 2013

in W.P.No.12056 of 2012.

3. Mr. K.V. Raghuveer submits that he does not wish to press this

appeal as no appeal lies against dismissal of review application.

4. In that view of the matter, the writ appeal is dismissed as not

pressed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also

stand dismissed as not pressed.
