JUDGMENT:-

      Seeking withdrawal of the Appeal Suit, the learned counsel

for the appellant has filed a Memo, dated 02-03-2021, into

Registry.

      The said Memo is placed on record.

      On    the    other   hand,   the   learned    counsel   for   the

respondents has stated that he has no objection in withdrawing

the Appeal Suit.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed

in consequence.
