1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to decide The Stay Application Under section 11(1) of U.P.C.H Act. pending in the Appeal No. 0152 of 2025 (computerized No. 202554081000000152) Makbool and others versus Jameel Ahmad and others filed by the Petitioner, pending before him since 11-12-2025 as earliest within stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble Court as early as possible, in the interest of justice or to pass such other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner."

3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent/opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
