HON'BLE MANISH KUMAR NIGAM, J. 1. This petition has been filed challenging an order dated 06.11.2025 by which injunction application filed by the plaintiff-petitioner has been rejected.

2. The petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of C.P.C.

3. In view of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

4. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law.
