1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

4. This application has been filed for a direction for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.539 of 2024; Arpita Saroj Versus Ashok Kumar and others, under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Ayodhya pending in the court of Civil Judge,(Junior Division)/FTC (W.O.)Ayodhya since 2024.

5. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the respondents no.2 to 5 is dispensed with.

6. In regard to the prayer made in the application the liberty is granted to the applicant to move application before the concerned court in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme court which may be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law. In case any such application is moved within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period two weeks and the court shall proceed accordingly.

With the aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
