Learned Standing Counsel has placed the instructions received from the respondent during course of argument, which is taken on record.
Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction received has submitted that the after recovering the amount alongwith interest as mentioned in the recovery certificate issued by the RERA, the same has been remitted in the account of the RERA, hence the judgement and order passed by the writ court has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order dated 25.01.2024 passed by the writ court in Writ-C No.712 of 2024 has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.
Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged.
