1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2. In view of order being passed in this petition, notices to opposite party no.3 stand dispensed with.

2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction toauthority concerned for grant of benefits of promotional pay-scale/Selection Grade on completion of 8/14/19/24 years of continuous satisfactory service in light of judgment and order dated 06.02.2024 passed in WRIT - A No. - 9688 of 2023.

3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite parties 2 and 3. In case such a representation is filed, opposite parties 2 and 3 shall collectively consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation(s).

4. With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
