Heard Sri Lal Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri R.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Ghaziabad to decide the Criminal Appeal No. 29 of 2023, which has been filed against the judgment and order dated 7.1.2023 in which the Private-Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 were convicted under Sections 420, 467, 406, 120-B, 504, 506, I.P.C., within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is first informant in the above noted case.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Ghaziabad to decide the Criminal Appeal in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of finally.
