2. This special appeal has been filed challenging the judgment passed by writ court on 21.02.2024 passed in Writ-C No.11097 of 2017. The writ petition itself was filed against an award of the labour court, therefore in view of Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 clearly the subject matter falls within the exclusionary clause contained therein as such the appeal is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
