1. The present appeal has been filed seeking following relief:

"The relief sought for, by this Hon'ble Court in this appeal is that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the appeal and set-aside the judgment and order dated 10.11.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad and allow the Suit No. 2798 of 2021 Parmanand Pal Vs. Smt. Vijay Kumari & another, under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. And/or to pass such other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."

3. The present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
