1. Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party placed judgement and order dated 06.05.2024 passed by the Division Bench in Special Appeal No.95 of 2024 and submitted that the aforesaid appeal is allowed and the contempt proceedings have been dropped, therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed.

2. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the opposite party as well as judgment and order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Special Appeal No.95 of 2024, no contempt is made out against the opposite party.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt application is hereby dismissed.
