1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No.123 of 2024, under Sections- 147,323 IPC and Section 3(1) (Da) and 3 (1) (Dha) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr.

3. The petitioner has approached this Court praying for fair investigation with regard to the FIR dated 17.3.2024.

4. The petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer of this case to conclude the investigation against the petitioner within a period of 60 days. In case, the same is not completed, the petitioner may take recourse provided by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
