1. Instructions have been placed before this Court and is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. This petition has been filed for the following relief:

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent Authorities to remove the encroachment from the Arazi No. 198, Area 0.1080 hectare, situated at Village- Chiutahara, Pargana- Degaon, Tehsil- Lalganj, District Azamgarh which is recorded as a "Navin Parti" in revenue records, in the pursuance of the judgment and order dated 16.01.2024 passed by Assistant Collector/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Lalganj, District - Azamgarh."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the encroachment has been removed from the property in dispute.

5. Since the encroachment has been removed, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

6. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to record.
