1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2. The present petition has been filed with prayer to direct the Crime Branch, C.I.D., NOIDA (Gautam Buddha Nagar) or any Central Agency inquire the death of sister of petitioner namely Lata Gangwar @ Samiksha on 29.02.2024 at House No. 69, Gali No. 3, Sarin Farms Society, P.S. Ecotech-III, Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar) as well as not to arrest the petitioner.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his sister has been done to death by the accused persons but no First Information Report has been registered against them by the police.

4. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach theCrime Branch, C.I.D., NOIDA (Gautam Buddha Nagar) or any Central Agency concernedfor fair investigation in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri VasuVs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
