This is an application seeking extension of time provided vide order dated 09.04.2024 for filing of discharge application.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since passing of the order dated 09.04.2024 the applicant was suffering from critical illness and he could not contact his counsel regarding filing of the discharge application and after being recovered from the illness when he tried to contact his counsel, the counsel was busy in a marriage in his family, hence, the discharge-application could no be filed within the time provided by the learned court's order dated 09.04.2024. He prays for some further time for filing the discharge-application in compliance of the order dated 09.04.2024.

Learned A.G.A. submits that he has no objection, if some further time is provided in the interest of justice.

In view of the above, two week's further time is allowed to the applicant for filing discharge-application in terms of order dated 09.04.2024. Rest of the conditions in the judgment shall remain the same.

With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
