1. Heard.

2. Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to revise the salary of the petitioner after re-fixing the same w.e.f. 05.06.1986 with all consequential benefits including grant of time bound grades/scales and the benefit of the ACP scheme as well as to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner w.e.f. the date of order of the Writ Court dated 19.10.2006 and other attendant benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that this aspect of the matter has been considered by this Court while passing the judgment and order dated 22.04.2024 in Writ-A No.1367 of 2022 in re: Deependra Prakash Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and others. It is prayed that the respondents be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner keeping in view the judgment of this Courrt passed in the case of Deependra Prakash Tiwari (supra) within specified time.

4. To the said prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

5. Accordingly, keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority who is said to be the District Magistrate, Sultanpur i.e. respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner which would be raised by the petitioner by filing a detailed representation within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed within the time specified then the respondent no.3 shall proceed to consider the same keeping in view the judgment of this Court passed in the case of Deependra Prakash Tiwari (supra) within a further period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
