Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

Present correction application has been filed with regard to order dated 22.11.2023 passed in present criminal appeal.

Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he was appointed as Amicus Curiae in present appeal, which was finally decided vide order dated 22.11.2023. However, in said judgement, due to oversight, the directions with regard to payment of emoluments of Amicus Curiae could not be mentioned and therefore, it is prayed that the directions may kindly be issued in said judgement for payment of emoluments of learned amicus curiae.

No objection has been raised by learned AGA to the prayer made by learned amicus curiae.

In view of aforesaid, it is directed that following paragraph be added as Paragraph No.35 of the said judgment dated 22.11.2023:-

"35. Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Amicus Curiae, has assisted the Court with ability and Sincerity and he is entitled for fee of Rs.15,000/-. The same shall be paid to him from the fund of State Legal Services Authority. Office is directed to take necessary steps for payment of said emolument."

This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 22.11.2023. A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 22.11.2023.
