1. The present contempt application has been filed for non compliance of judgment and order dated 04.05.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.2633 (S/S) of 2014.

2. Learned Additional CSC for respondents - State has filed instruction before this Court. The same may be taken on record. On the basis of said instruction, he stated that the order under challenge has been fully complied with.

3. In view of above, no cause of action survives in the present contempt application.

4. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of and consigned to record.
