1. Heard Sri Kailash Prakash Pathak, learned A.G.A. for the applicant/ appellant. None appears for the opposite party.

2. The above noted correction application has been filed by the appellants stating that the date of order is incorrectly mentioned as 29.08.2023 instead of 28.08.2023 and, therefore, it may be corrected.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the date of the judgment and order of Neutral Citation No. 2023:AHC:174177-DB in the leading Government Appeal No. 213 of 1984 and the connected Criminal Appeal No. 2419 of 1983 are corrected as 28.08.2023 in place of 29.08.2023.

4. Correction application is allowed.
