1. Heard Shri Akhilesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The suit for ejectment was filed in the year 1989, which has been decreed in the year 2016. The Execution Case No.13 of 2016 (Sita Ram and others vs. Dashrath Pandey) is pending before the Judge, Small Cause Courts, Varanasi and prayer for its expeditious disposal is being made by means of this petition.

3. In case, there is no stay from any court of law, the execution proceedings shall be concluded on or before 31.3.2024 after providing full opportunity of hearing to the decree holder as well as judgment debtor provided a certified copy of this order is filed before the Executing Court on or before 15.11.2023.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this petition stands disposed of.
