Since entire retirement dues have already been paid to the petitioner and the recovery has been set aside by this Court in Writ - A No. 1378 of 2019 and the amount recovered is directed to be returned with interest, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in Writ - A No. 1378 of 2019.
