This application has been filed seeking modification of the judgment and order dated 26.09.2023 passed by this Court.

Application has been filed stating that no orders were passed in respect of prayer no.1 of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of prayer made in the petition, the order dated 26.09.2023 is modified by providing that in addition to the order passed on 26.09.2023, the respondent no.3 will pass an order in respect of the claim of the petitioner towards balance of earned leave encashement which has been stopped allegedly on account of some audit inquiry which prima facie cannot be done in terms of rules. The said order shall also be passed within a period of three months from today.

The modification application stands disposed of.
