1. The issue raised in the present writ petition have been decided by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Writ-C No.4953 of 2023 (Committee of Management Jai Prakash Charitable Trust vs State of U.P. and others). Thus, following the said judgment, the present writ petition is disposed off with directions that the directions given by this court in the judgment and order dated 22.09.2023 shall apply to the petitioners' also.

2. The impugned order dated18.05.2023 (Annexure-1) is quashed.

3. This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Ravi Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent.
