1. The petitioners, by placing reliance upon the judgment of this Court dated 06.07.2023 passed in bunch of writ petitions connected with WRIT - C No. - 9773 of 2023 (Sakshi And 77 Others vs State Of U.P. And 32 Others), have claimed identical protection.
2. Learned Standing Counsel has vehemently opposed the writ petition and by referring paragraph Nos. 23 and 26 of the said judgment, it has been argued that such claim was not allowed by this Court to be raised after decision dated 06.07.2023.
3. The Court finds that the petitioners have come up with their grievance before the respondents after the decision of this Court dated 06.07.2023.
4 .This Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
