1. Heard Sri Manoj Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

When the petitioner's land bearing Khasra Nos. 673 area 0.4819 hectare, 674 area 0.4170 hectare , 675 area 0.4170 hectare, 676 area 0.5060 hectare and 677 area 0.5440 hectare was acquired and they were given compensation, they prayed for an additional 6% of developed land in pursuance of the decision of Greater Noida Authority dated 18th February, 2006. In this regard, the petitioners have also represented on 27.07.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were aggrieved by the fact that 6% developed land and 15% rehabilitation bonus in pursuance of the aforesaid decision of Greater Noida Authority, were not being given to petitioners.

4. Under the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 4 would consider and decide the representations of the petitioners dated 09.09.2015, 18.02.2016 and 27.07.2023 in accordance with the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Ramesh Chandra Sharma & others vs. State of U.P. & others; 2023 SCC OnLine SC 162 expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
