1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing respondent No. 4 - Goan Sahba - Village Isaikhas, Tehsil - Kurawali, District - Mainpuri to take appropriate action in accordance with law as per direction of respondent No. 3 -Sub Divisional Officer vide order dated 27.5.2022.

3. Preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that no direction can be issued for compliance of the orders passed by the revenue court in view of the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Writ-C No. 7863 of 2018 (Brij Bhushan Rai Vs. State of UP and 6 others), the instant petition is not maintainable for the compliance of the order passed by the revenue court.

4. In view of above the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is provided that in case the auction of allotment of land is taken by Gaon Sahba, the case of the petitioner may also be considered.
