1. Sri S.S. Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he is pressing only prayer no.3 which is to expedite recall application filed by petitioner.

2. Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri R.P. Shukla, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha have no objection if such prayer is allowed.

3. In view of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Authority concerned i.e. Consolidation Officer to decide recall application filed by petitioner in Case No. 453/599 expeditiously, taking note of judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt. Shivraji and others vs. D.D.C. Allahabad and others, 1997 SCC Online All 505 : (1997) 88 RD 562.
