1. Heard Shri Surendra Pal Gangwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed claiming following reliefs:
"i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to re-evaluate/ re-examine the answer sheet of Subject Code No. 324 (AZ) (Math) of Intermediate Examination, 2023 of the petitioner and issue a fresh mark sheet to the petitioner.
ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 22.05.2023."
3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed reliance of latest decision on the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Agra Vs. Devarsh Nath Gupta & Ors. reported in 2023(7) ADJ 315(SC) and submits that such kind of petitions have been held to be not entertainable by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
4. Having considered the record of the writ petition and the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, I am not inclined to issue any direction for revaluation of the answer sheet.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
