Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 states that Supreme Court by its judgment and order dated 01.05.2023 in Special Leave to Appeal No.1793 of 2023 (Bhardwaj Shiksha Sewa Samiti Vs. State of U.P. and Others) and connected matters, has extended the time for considering applications for the session 2023-2024 within a period of one month and directed the State Government to consider the applications within a period of four weeks in accordance with directions already issued.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would be moving appropriate application as per the directions of the Supreme Court in the said case of Bhardwaj Shiksha Sewa Samiti (supra).

Statements are taken on record.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for University and learned Standing counsel that the State government shall consider the application as filed in accordance with law as per the directions of Supreme Court, no further orders are required to be passed.

Hence, writ petition is consigned to record.
