Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 24 of 2023

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

The correction application is allowed and the judgment dated 27.4.2023 is corrected to the following effect;

(i) In the 3rd line of the 3rd paragraph and in the 9th line of the 7th paragraph of the order, the date of the sale deed i.e. '30.9.2009' shall be read and understood as '30.3.2009'.

(ii) In the 18th line of the 7th paragraph of the order, the date of the sale deed i.e. '2.6.2009' shall be read and understood as '2.6.1990'.

(iii) In the 6th line of the 8th paragraph of the order, the date of the sale deed i.e. '3.3.2009' shall be read and understood as '30.3.2009'.
