I have perused the record.

The instant Review Application has been moved by the applicant/appellants seeking review of the judgment and order dated 16.11.2022, passed by this Court in Second Appeal No. 1207 of 1980 (Santu Singh and others Vs. Akhand Singh and others).

The only error apparent on the face of it is that the year of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act, is given as 1983 instead of the year 1950. The remaining grounds are with regard to the merits of the case which cannot be raised by way of the review application. Therefore, the review application is allowed to the extent of correction of the year of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act.

Necessary corrections are made in the order.

Accordingly the review application stands disposed off.
