Heard learned counsel for the review-applicant and the learned Standing Counsel.

Delay in filing the review application condoned.

This review application is filed by the petitioner-review applicant to review/revisit the judgment and order dated 21.10.2019 passed by this Court.

All the the said grounds are already considered in the judgment and order dated 31.01.2023 and now it is not open for the petitioner to argue the same again.

Hence, I do not find any force in the submissions made by learned counsel for the review applicant.

The review application is dismissed.
