Learned counsel for the parties agree that the order which is impugned in the present writ petition being order dated 15.5.2021 was also passed in respect of one Dr. Sabuhi Qureshi who had approached this Court by filing Writ - A No.11249 of 2021, which was decided by this Court vide judgment dated 2.9.2022.

Considering the fact that the issue raised in the present petition arises out of an identical order passed in respect of one Dr. Sabuhi Qureshi whose writ petition was considered and decided by this Court on 2.9.2022, the present petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as contained in judgment dated 2.9.2022 passed in Writ - A No.11249 of 2021.

Consequently, the impugned order dated 15.5.2021 is set aside with directions to permit the petitioner to work on the post of Associate Professor (OMFS) in the Department of Dentistry of the SSCI&H. The petitioner shall be paid the salary regularly as a regular employee ignoring the impugned order.

All the benefits that were accorded to Dr. Sabuhi Qureshi vide judgment dated 2.9.2022 shall be accorded to the present petitioner also and the terms and conditions shall be governed by the said order.
