Sri Saroj Giri, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Mayank Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the challenge in the instant petition is to the additional security being realized from consumers by the Electricity Department and the said controversy stands concluded by the judgment of this Court dated 21.3.2017 in Writ-C No.30898 of 2016 (M/s Dev Prayag Paper Mill (Pvt.) Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). He fairly admits that the challenge has been repealed.
Accordingly, the instant petition also fails and is hereby dismissed.
