None appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision.
Sri Rajesh Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned AGA for the State are present.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that case under section 125 Cr.P.C. was decided on 20.11.2017 and not even single money was given by the husband of the respondent and this revision is filed after two years of passing of judgment and decree and that too is not represented by the revisionist.
It transpires from the affidavit annexed with application under section 5 of Limitation Act that he was ready to keep his wife and children with him, but respondent no.2 is not ready to live with him. He went Punjab for earning livelihood and started living there. Revisionist did not pay any amount in compliance of the order of court below and started to live in Punjab. The reasons shown is not sufficient to quash the order of trial court.
Hence, in the aforesaid circumstances, the application for condonation of delay in filing the present revision is rejected.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
Let a copy of this order alongwith lower court record, if any, be sent to the trial court concerned, forthwith, for necessary information and compliance.
