Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri P.K. Singh Bisen, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.3 and 4.
The contention of the Counsel for the parties is that the issue involved in the present writ petiton is covered by the judgment and order dated 28.02.2018 passed in a bunch of writ petitions with leading Writ Petition No.7762 (SS) of 2017, affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Special Appeal (Defective) No.34 of 2019 (State of U.P. thrugh Secretary Basic Education and others vs Ravindra Nath Taigor).
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off in the same terms and conditions as contained in the case of Ravindra Nath Taigor (Supra).
The order passed by this Court shall abide by the outcome of the Civil Appeal No.8040 of 2019 pending before Hon'ble the Apex Court.
