In pursuance to order dated 03.01.2023 passed by this Court, the District Judge, Aligarh, has sent report dated 12.01.2023, wherein it has been stated that the Session Trial No. 1098/2011 (State Vs. Lokesh and other), under Section 302 IPC, Case Crime No. 23/2011 P.S. Madrak, District Aligarh, has already been disposed of vide judgment order dated 25.01.2021.

This revision was filed against the rejection of application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C. in the aforesaid case.

In view of aforesaid, the instant revision has become infructuous. Thus, revision is dismissed as infructuous.
